Class Chairman - Works Closely with the form teacher, mainly in charge of class attendance and internal class matters Class Monitor - Assists the Chairman in his scope of work, often takes on the same responsibility as the chairman especially when he is absent or unavailable Secretary - In charge of creating and sorting documents involving class matters, such as seating arrangement and timetables Facility Secretary - In Charge of reporting faulty or damaged equipment in class, ensure that classroom is suitable and conducive for learning to take place Treasurer - In charge of all class funds, such as the collation of money to purchase studying materials, etc. High levels of accountability and responsibility needed Welfare Secretary - In charge of the general welfare of the class, also in charge of planning of class CIPs and class activities |
